How to Add Services to CRM

Services are the offerings you provide to customers. Setting them up lets you quickly attach them to deals and keep your work organized.

Step 1: Open the Services Section

Go to Services from the main menu.

Step 2: Add a New Service

1. Click Add Service (or the + button).

2. Enter the service name.

3. Add a short description of what the service includes.

4. Set the price (if applicable).

Step 3: Save

Click Save to add the service to your list.

✅ Your service is now ready to be linked to customers and deals.

Tips

• Keep service names short and clear so they’re easy to pick later.

• Add a price to speed up deal creation.

• You can edit or remove a service anytime from the Services list.
